Responsibilities
- Handle calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Manage and close outbound calls effectively

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work US shift (8:30pm-6:30am)
- High school diploma or graduation
