About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US markets
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Handle customer inquiries regarding computing and communications devices
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closures
- Immediate availability to join
- Experience in a support process preferred
