About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US markets
  • Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding computing and communications devices

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to handle payment processing and call closures
  • Immediate availability to join
  • Experience in a support process preferred
