About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot problems regarding printers, routers, and email
- Support customer queries and provide necessary assistance
- Report directly to the team lead
- Maintain proactive work habits within the support process
Requirements
- Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
- Excellent English fluency and communication skills
- 1 year of experience in International Voice is an advantage
- Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) is preferred
- Ability to work rotational and night shifts
- Must be between 18-32 years of age
- Work experience certificates required
