Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
- Handle call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Maintain high standards of customer communication
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closures
- Immediate availability to join
- Experience in support processes
