Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
  • Handle call closures and process payments through various gateways
  • Maintain high standards of customer communication

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
  • Ability to handle payment processing and call closures
  • Immediate availability to join
  • Experience in support processes
