About the role
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Handle customer issues to provide accurate resolutions
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- Experience in closing calls independently
