About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day helpdesk support for HQ employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Mac and Windows environments
  • Manage and maintain HQ network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi access points
  • Maintain conference rooms and A/V systems, including Google Meet hardware
  • Triage and manage incidents end-to-end while maintaining SLAs
  • Support SaaS administration across Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
  • Track hardware inventory and manage technology components

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both Mac and Windows environments
  • Google Workspace administration experience (users, groups, shared drives, mail settings)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills for non-technical employees
  • Solid networking fundamentals for troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Reliable and punctual for on-site presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ubiquiti/UniFi experience (AP management, VLANs, network segmentation)
  • Hands-on work with Okta or similar identity platforms
  • Ability to use AI tools for scripting or lightweight automation
