Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
- Handle customer inquiries regarding computing and communications devices
- Deliver high-quality technical assistance via phone
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound or BPO experience
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
