About the role
Responsibilities
- Attain inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails, and other devices
- Analyze technical issues correctly to provide solutions
- Sell relevant service plans and software to customers
- Close calls and process customer payments
- Pitch service plans confidently to customers
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international outbound tech process
- Excellent English fluency
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- Graduate or undergraduate qualification
- Strong communication and pitching skills
