Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
- Handle technical queries via phone/voice support
- Work within a night shift schedule
Requirements
- High School or Graduation degree
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to join immediately
- Age between 18 to 30
