Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for the US shift
- Provide technical assistance and sales support to customers
- Meet sales and service targets within a BPO environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or graduation
- At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes preferred
- Ability to work night shifts
- Immediate availability to join
