Tech Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound technical support for international clients
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
• Support Mac, iPhone, and iPad hardware and software issues
• Handle customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
• Close calls effectively while utilizing sales and convincing skills

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO
• Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work US night shifts
• Ability to join immediately
