About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound technical support for US-based customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Resolve issues involving Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate technical resolutions
- Utilize convincing and sales skills to close calls
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Proven experience in Outbound Tech Support for at least 6 months to 1 year
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Ability to join immediately
