Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support for the US market
- Provide technical assistance and support services to customers
- Work within a night shift schedule
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to join immediately
- Age between 18 to 30 years
- Experience must be verifiable with documentation
