Tech Recruitment Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 4 recruiters covering the Data and Product verticals
• Partner with Data and Product leadership to define hiring priorities and calibrate the hiring bar
• Set strategic direction for the vertical, including prioritization, channel mix, and process
• Own recruitment metrics and reporting (time to hire, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) to drive decisions
• Personally manage hands-on sourcing and recruiting for senior, niche, or critical roles
• Collaborate with Talent Ops to improve and scale recruiting processes
• Champion a high-quality, consistent candidate experience across all stages

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-moving, high-growth tech environments
• 1-2+ years of people management experience with a track record of growing talent
• Proven experience closing Staff+, Senior leadership, or niche engineering roles
• Data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics to influence direction
• Expert ability to build new sourcing channels from scratch (e.g., open-source, events, referral programs)
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
