Tech Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer extension.
• Source high-demand talent for niche roles such as Backend/Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, SREs, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Yubi.
• Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide reports on key metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a FinTech or product-based company environment.
• Deep understanding of technical roles, modern technologies, and current industry hiring trends.
• Proficiency in using ATS tools and various digital recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
