Tech Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies for the Insider One Development Team to attract top-tier technical talent
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process for all technical positions, optimizing for quality, time, and cost
• Conduct telephone and job interviews while demonstrating company culture and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Manage and support all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, accompanying candidates throughout the process
• Cooperate with management teams to develop talent and implement effective HR practices
• Create policies to support business objectives and participate in various HR-related projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in technical recruitment
