Tech Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and interview strategies
• Own the full hiring process from sourcing to closing
• Proactively build pipelines for iOS, Android, Backend, SRE, and Product profiles
• Design and refine scalable recruiting processes and workflows
• Deliver a personalized candidate experience and represent company culture
• Provide market insights regarding talent trends and compensation benchmarks

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience hiring technical talent in fast-paced environments
• Deep sourcing expertise for finding niche technical talent
• Strong end-to-end recruiting track record
• Excellent communication skills for candidate and stakeholder management
• Based in Paris and available to work full-time onsite (Opéra)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for early-stage, high-bar tech teams
• Familiarity with mobile engineering profiles (iOS, Android)
• Background combining agency and in-house recruiting experience
