Responsibilities

• Develop applications for Copolyester and CR-PET materials and provide technical support (T/S) to customers
• Provide eco-friendly molding and processing solutions tailored to market needs
• Expand product usage through technical seminars and product promotions
• Conduct research on molding, mold development, and post-processing
• Perform comparative evaluations of molding processes against competing materials
• Identify causes of product defects and provide technical solutions
• Develop new green and recycled polymer products through physical property evaluation

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields
• Strong understanding of polymer molding, processing, and analysis
• Research experience in polymer property control and analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable materials for cosmetic packaging
• Experience in application development for medical packaging or medical devices
• Research experience specifically related to Polyesters
• Ability to communicate with international customers and write technical reports/guides in English
