Tech Proximity Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist in engaging with local process owners to understand and document their needs for global product teams
• Support the preparation of roll-out and change management plans for global and legacy products
• Assist in testing activities, validation of test scenarios, and follow-up of cutover plans
• Contribute to change management activities including impact analysis, communication, and adoption tracking
• Help track adoption and success realization at the affiliate level
• Support the coordination of local super user community activities and feedback collection
• Collaborate with the Proximity Team to gain exposure to project management and agile ways of working

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Industrial, Computer, Software, Business Engineering, or MIS
• Basic knowledge of data, systems, or digital tools
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced FMCG environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or trainee experience in Tech, Digital, or related fields
