Tech Ops Scientist - Validation

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cleaning development and validation studies to ensure activities are reproducible and meet established limits.
• Comply with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements including GMPs, PICs, Health Canada, and the US FDA.
• Collaborate with Quality & Compliance, Plant Operations, and Engineering to develop, review, and approve cleaning validation documents such as protocols, reports, and procedures.
• Assist with the development and administration of the Cleaning Validation Master Plan for the Guelph site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
• Strong process knowledge related to process/product development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Consumer, OTC, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience working in a GMP environment.
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment.
