Tech Ops Principal Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution and manufacturing support for regional Women’s health brand projects, including process optimization and industrialization.
• Build and support the end-to-end technical operations pipeline to meet business objectives, cost targets, and sustainability commitments.
• Lead cross-functional technical projects involving process changes, business continuity, compliance, and cost improvement.
• Drive process industrialization and validation activities to ensure stable manufacturing performance.
• Support technology transfer and process replication across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lead technical qualification of alternative suppliers and materials, ensuring compliance and product performance.
• Act as process owner by supporting troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous process verification, and CAPA implementation.
• Define and execute comparability studies, validation plans, and change control activities such as risk assessments and FMEA.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in hygiene products, SanPro, or materials technologies.
• Deep knowledge of nonwoven materials and their manufacturing technology.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for liners and napkins.
• Proven experience in process validation, industrialization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in material qualification and change management.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis (Minitab preferred).
• Strong knowledge of quality and regulations specific to the hygiene product category.
• Fluent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
