Tech Ops Lead

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and GIS insights using Excel and QGIS
• Evaluate drone manufacturers and support fleet recommendations
• Develop regulatory documents for BVLOS operations
• Create processes and procedures to improve safety and efficiency
• Work with technical partners on bespoke customer systems
• Support new use cases from inception through execution
• Monitor aircraft availability and liaise with OEMs
• Support presentations and workshops for internal and external audiences

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis and GIS tools
• Strong Excel and QGIS skills
• Understanding of BVLOS drone operations
• Ability to write regulatory and operational documents
• Experience working with technical partners and OEMs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Adaptability in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
