About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize and operate the Tech Ops division (building server/client engineer teams)
  • Design and advance the technical diagnosis (DD) framework for game projects
  • Perform technical diagnosis for studio projects and suggest improvement directions
  • Identify and resolve technical risks early through collaboration with studio engineering teams
  • Assetize and share technical know-how accumulated from project experiences across the company

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in either game server or game client engineering
  • Experience independently diagnosing and solving technical problems in the relevant field
  • Basic understanding of the other domain (server or client)
  • Experience coordinating technical directions while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Clear technical communication skills, including with non-engineers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing technical support across multiple projects or studios
  • Experience in evaluator roles such as technical diagnosis, code review, or architecture review
  • Experience in technical documentation or establishing internal guides/standards
  • Experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead
