Tech Marketing & Performance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support validation and testing of professional software applications (ISVs) across HP workstation platforms.
• Execute standardized benchmark tests and validate AI and data science workloads, including LLMs and inference.
• Work in Linux environments using command-line tools to manage systems and execute tests.
• Contribute to automation tools and scripts for benchmarking, data collection, and test execution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with performance, systems, and technical marketing engineers to identify performance anomalies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python (hands-on experience preferred).
• Experience or familiarity with Linux environments and command-line tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to complex technical applications and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/data science frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Transformers.
• Exposure to Docker containers or container-based development environments.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with benchmarking, performance testing, or system-level analysis.
