Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, instruction, and programming support to dealers to resolve complex vehicle repairs
• Analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) data related to service quality to prevent re-occurrence of diagnosis issues
• Implement "Fix it right" processes through dealer training programs
• Perform cause analysis on Non-F1 cases and implement countermeasures across regional dealers
• Conduct deep dives into dealer processes and create action plans for negative VOC
• Monitor and provide recommendations regarding product and technical support functions including diagnostics, tooling, and computer communications
• Provide remote online support and conduct on-site dealer visits

Requirements

• B.E or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• 8-10 years of relevant automotive experience
• Experience managing multiple OEM dealerships
• Expertise in VOC analysis and PDCA implementation
• Hands-on experience with vehicle diagnostics and repair
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle aggregates
• Practical experience with latest vehicle technologies including CAN diagnostics, Hybrid, and Electric vehicles
• Proven ability to impart technical training to dealer technicians
