Tech Lead/Technical Project Manager Embedded Software

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical work in the team and drive architectural decisions
• Ensure software is designed, developed, and delivered according to plan
• Coach and support team members in a learning and inclusive environment
• Break down system requirements into concrete software solutions
• Coordinate deliveries, manage stakeholders, and drive projects from requirement to deployment (for TPM profiles)
• Collaborate closely with electronics and systems teams

Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
• Extensive experience in embedded software development
• Proficiency in C/C++ for resource-constrained systems
• Experience working with hardware (MCU, SoC, SPI, I2C, UART)
• Experience designing and implementing real-time systems (RTOS or bare-metal)
• Ability to test, verify, and debug in a lab environment
• Education in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Embedded Linux
• Experience with safety-critical systems (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 62304)
• Connectivity/IoT experience (BLE, WiFi, LTE, etc.)
• Signal processing or control systems knowledge
• CI/CD and automated testing for embedded systems
• Integration of software into complex systems involving hardware and cloud services
