Tech Lead/Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, harden, and operate enterprise Kubernetes (EKS) clusters on GCC+
• Architect highly portable infrastructure to ensure decoupling from proprietary cloud dependencies
• Deploy and manage core enterprise open-source IRM platform using Helm charts
• Lead the design and development of internal backend services and SRE automation using Golang
• Mentor and lead a dedicated squad of 5 engineers
• Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Author and review RFCs and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Proven track record of designing platform-agnostic Kubernetes configurations
• Expert proficiency in Golang for backend services and systems programming
• Proficiency in TypeScript and pnpm for frontend oversight
• Experience leading engineers in an active sprint environment
• Ability to work on-site at GovTech HQ in Singapore

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience deploying production workloads on GCC+ (Government Commercial Cloud)
• Experience in high-integrity, air-gapped, or strictly regulated environments (FinTech, Defense, HealthTech)
