Responsibilities

• Lead development teams technically, ensuring the definition and adoption of architecture standards, quality, and security.
• Act as a technical reference for decision-making to support the development of scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide mentorship and technical development for the engineering team.
• Promote collaboration between technology and business areas.
• Conduct code reviews and support initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation, and technical debt reduction.
• Participate in delivery planning and monitoring to ensure the quality, performance, and sustainability of implemented solutions.
