A leading shared micromobility provider in North America, Veo provides millions of bike and scooter rides annually in over 60 cities and universities. We design and manufacture our vehicles, hardware, and software systems in-house to ensure safe and reliable service.
Responsibilities
- Perform field tasks including swapping batteries, rebalancing vehicles, and responding to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters
- Address customer complaints received via email or Zendesk by solving issues or escalating to field technicians
- Train new technicians in shift priorities, SOPs, and company systems such as Upkeep, WIW, and TechApp
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and meets standards, specifically regarding battery cycling and vehicle placement
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements
- Prior experience leading or mentoring teammates
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of scooters without assistance
- Willingness and ability to work a variety of days and shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Passion for dockless scooter sharing and sustainable transportation
