Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Extend the backend platform to process terabytes of data for personalized financial experiences
• Design scalable and secure systems from scratch
• Set up monitoring and optimize MySQL database queries
• Mentor junior team members through regular feedback and code reviews
• Work closely with the founding team and engineering leaders to implement scalable architecture

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Solid knowledge of Java design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in designing scalable and secure backend systems
• Proficiency in MySQL optimization and monitoring
• Startup-oriented mindset and self-motivated approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Scala
• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with Bigtable
• Experience with BigQuery
