Tech Lead/SM with C/C++ skills

Responsibilities

• Engage multiple stakeholders to facilitate technical discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Facilitate Scrum processes and persuade the Product Owner and Team to adhere to Scrum principles
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to provide a clear vision and requirements for the product or service
• Communicate project status, release progress, risk management, dependencies, and impediments to stakeholders
• Chase continuously to ensure the delivery of valuable increments
• Report directly to the On-Site Manager and Delivery Manager

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• At least 4 years of Scrum Master experience in a software development environment
• Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
• 4-5 years of experience in the software domain, specifically as a Developer (Python/C/C++) or QA Automation (C/C++/Python)
• 2 years of experience managing moderately complex projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Proven experience working with distributed and multicultural teams
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organized work style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with Unit Testing (UT), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), and test automation
• Experience working in environments requiring formal documentation (requirements, design, testing)
• Familiarity with the Google Test framework
