Tech Lead ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform
• Supervise and mentor ServiceNow developers
• Design and implement solutions for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM modules
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices regarding architecture, performance, and security
• Perform advanced developments including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
• Manage integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs and Web Services
• Participate in technical roadmap definition and architectural choices
• Manage releases, version upgrades, and maintenance (MCO)
• Support teams using Agile methodologies

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Tech Lead or technical expert
• Advanced mastery of the ServiceNow platform
• Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM (Discovery, Event Management) modules
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and performance best practices
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Mastery of ITIL processes
• Experience in release management, upgrades, and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification
• ServiceNow CAD certification
• Module-specific certifications (ITSM / ITOM / CMDB)
