Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-end digital platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Lead the direction of front-end frameworks and techniques, including Next.js and SSR/SSG
• Manage debugging, technical problem-solving, and project implementation challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Product Managers, Designers, DevOps, and QA engineers
• Conduct technical reviews of third-party tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar technical leadership role
• Fluency in both French and English
• Proven experience implementing recommendation engines (rule-based, collaborative filtering, etc.) and user segmentation solutions
• Technical mastery of front-end frameworks and the ability to adapt user experiences based on behavioral or contextual data
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• High awareness of the data-marketing ecosystem
