Tech Lead React

Responsibilities

• Front-End development using JS, React.js, RxJs, and CSS/Less
• Development of unit and functional tests
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation
• Mentoring and training junior developers
• Participating in demand preparation and estimation
• Engaging in Agile ceremonies including Backlog Reviews, Sprint Planning, and Daily Meetings
• Contributing to recruitment, R&D, and technical publications

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or Software Development
• At least 3 years of experience in frontend JavaScript development
• Ideally 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and/or reactive programming
• Knowledge of GIT, JIRA, and CONFLUENCE
• Experience with JS unit testing frameworks
• Knowledge of functional testing tools (e.g., Karma, Nightwatch.js, Phantom.js)
• Strong communication, analytical, and synthesis skills
