About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions and drive the integration of AI/ML models into backend systems
- Mentor team members and perform code reviews
- Create and maintain technical documentation for design and solutions
- Build scalable, secure, high-availability, and cost-effective products
- Analyze business goals to contribute to application architecture design
- Act as an interface with business teams to create technology specifications
- Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks through tuning and refactoring
- Lead the software development lifecycle including research, development, and maintenance
- Participate in product definition and feature prioritization
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience
- At least 4 years of experience with Python and Django
- Experience with relational, vector, and non-relational databases
- Experience hosting on GCP (Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with continuous integration and automation
- Strong focus on code quality and scalability
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior startup experience
