Tech Lead .NET

Responsibilities

• Act as the first technical contact for assigned projects and report on progress
• Implement standards for project delivery across the team
• Design and develop high-quality software solutions based on business requirements
• Define non-functional requirements and ensure implementation
• Ensure operational readiness of applications and conduct technical reviews
• Refine business requirements with peers and consult on technical topics
• Mentor and coach team members while driving process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of active work experience as a .NET software engineer
• Experience developing and maintaining .NET web services
• Experience with AWS hosted applications
• Experience in application monitoring and alerting
• Experience leading a team of engineers, including recruitment and people management
