Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements
• Architect and implement scalable, robust, and secure application solutions
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and enforcement of best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in application development
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
