Tech Lead ML/AI Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture of advanced Machine Learning and AI solutions from problem definition to production deployment
• Participate in projects involving Predictive Analytics, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI
• Develop solutions based on LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and multi-agent systems
• Work hands-on in model development, training pipelines, APIs, and inference
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, MLOps, business, and product teams for end-to-end delivery
• Support pre-sales processes, including technical solution definition, estimations, and client proposals
• Act as a technical reference in workshops, discovery sessions, and client presentations
• Mentor technical team members and promote best practices in development, observability, and monitoring

Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Data, Machine Learning, or AI projects
• Proven experience leading end-to-end AI/ML projects in production environments
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Computer Vision, and/or NLP
• Advanced Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Experience with APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Flask)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
