About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team (front-end and back-end) technically
- Define and implement solution architecture based on the MERN stack
- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable integrations and APIs
- Build and optimize high-performance backend systems
- Ensure development best practices, code quality, and performance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Product, DevOps, and Business
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- Experience in technical leadership and architecture definition
- Strong mastery of React/Next.js and Node.js/NestJS
- Experience with REST APIs and databases (MongoDB and/or SQL)
- Knowledge of Git and development best practices
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in oral and written English
