Tech Lead Manager

Responsibilities

• Elevate code quality through test-driven development and clean architecture
• Own the authoring and review of technical design documents
• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile delivery
• Design and implement scalable systems using Python, React, and AWS
• Mentor and grow engineers through regular feedback and coaching
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, and incident response processes
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on roadmap priorities

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years in a tech lead or staff-level role
• Deep proficiency in Python and FastAPI
• Strong experience with React and front-end architecture
• Production experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Expertise in software testing, QA, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience leading agile ceremonies
• Proven track record of mentoring technical talent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK)
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or OpenTelemetry
• AI/ML/LLM experience or exposure to machine learning systems
• Contributions to open source or technical writing
