Tech Lead - Machine Learning Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core functions of the machine learning platform, including data processing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Build efficient, scalable data processing and computing processes to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to provide technical support and tools.
• Work closely with system administrators and software engineers to ensure smooth platform integration.
• Manage and monitor platform operations and troubleshoot any related issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to suggest platform improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang.
• In-depth understanding of distributed computing and large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with open source tools and frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
