Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js
• Manage a small team of developers, assign tasks, and perform code reviews
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, and DevOps
• Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and robust API integration
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs
• Ensure code quality through automated tests, unit testing, and continuous integration
• Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience with a focus on Node.js and React.js
• At least 1 year of team-leading experience or equivalent senior-level responsibilities
• Proficiency in React.js, Hooks, Context API, and Redux
• Expertise in Node.js and Express.js
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or similar databases
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS
