Tech Lead Java SpringBoot

Responsibilities

• Participate in the technical and functional design of critical applications
• Develop and maintain back-end services using Java 11+ and Spring Boot
• Implement secure and high-performance REST APIs
• Implement development best practices including unit testing, continuous integration, and documentation
• Collaborate with software architects to ensure compliance with security and quality standards
• Analyze, correct, and optimize the performance of existing applications
• Actively participate in Agile rituals such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Develop and maintain front-end components using Angular/AngularJS (major asset)

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent Master's degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java/Spring Boot development
• Proven experience with microservices architectures and REST APIs
• Knowledge of secure environments and constraints related to sensitive sectors
• Proficiency in Angular or AngularJS is a significant plus
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in an Agile team environment
• Technical English proficiency is an asset
