Responsibilities
- Act as a pragmatic and hands-on technical lead to modernize application assets
- Deconstruct monoliths into coherent functional domains
- Define wave-based migration strategies
- Design APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Evolve data models progressively
- Support development teams in adopting modern engineering best practices using an AI-First approach
Requirements
- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Advanced mastery of PL/SQL and transactional databases
- Experience in API design and industrialization
- Proficiency in microservices architectures
- Knowledge of Kafka and Event-Driven architectures
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms
- Skills in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation
- Experience in refactoring legacy systems and decommissioning monoliths
- Strong culture of software quality and observability
Preferred Qualifications
- 10-15 years of professional experience
