Tech Lead (Java)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex technical solutions using GCP, Angular, and Java
• Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring code quality and architectural standards
• Manage and prioritize the Technical Debt Backlog, identifying necessary refactorings
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications
• Define and process infrastructure change requests
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, daily, review, and retrospectives using JIRA and Confluence
• Collaborate with global teams and client stakeholders to ensure correct solution implementation
• Analyze technical problems and propose efficient, scalable solutions
• Ensure delivery quality and compliance with deadlines and standards
• Apply relevant regulatory knowledge (GDPR) and Energy & Utilities sector context to solution design

Requirements

• Experience with GCP, Angular, and Java
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Experience in strategic projects and designing complex solutions
• Hands-on experience with the project's technology stack
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in collaborative, global environments
