Responsibilities

• Design and lead robust backend architectures (microservices, REST APIs)
• Work on modern projects integrating AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI, RAG, agents, vector databases)
• Guarantee software quality through clean code, automated tests, and code reviews
• Mentor and technically support development teams
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders (PO, architects, product teams) in an Agile environment
• Ensure application performance, security, and observability

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering school or equivalent)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Java development
• Significant experience in a technical lead role
• Strong skills in backend architecture and microservices design
• Experience or strong interest in AI/GenAI topics
• Mastery of DevOps practices and Cloud environments
• Technical leadership and ability to foster team growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java 21 and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Python and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or Hugging Face
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
