Tech Lead III

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for Next.js and React.js front-end platforms and AI-enabled services.
• Own the architecture and hands-on development of new product introductions for healthcare application systems.
• Design and build scalable, production-grade applications and secure, high-performance APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Champion engineering best practices, including code standards, testing strategies, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Guide the engineering team through technical decision-making, perform design reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to drive features from concept to release.
• Implement pragmatic solutions leveraging AI engineering, such as model/service integration and prompt workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Front-End Engineer.
• Deep expertise in React.js and Next.js, including component architecture and state management.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong testing discipline using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Advanced command of HTML and CSS, with experience in responsive design and modern styling (Tailwind, CSS Modules, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and integrating AI services into web applications.
• Familiarity with E2E testing frameworks.
• Experience working within the healthcare technology sector.
