Tech Lead Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using PHP and modern full-stack technologies
• Build scalable and secure backend systems and integrate them with front-end components
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver user experiences
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Debug complex technical issues and ensure platform stability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the adoption of new tools and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on PHP
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong understanding of database systems including MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Git
• Solid understanding of full-stack development workflows and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and Docker
• Exposure to working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Prior experience in a SaaS or product-based company
