Tech Lead Front-end Angular

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Participate in architectural choices and front-end solution design
• Design, develop, and evolve high-performance interfaces using Angular and React
• Ensure integration with external APIs
• Contribute to continuous delivery and rapid deployment processes
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability
• Optimize application performance and user experience
• Manage asynchronous data, data flows, and side effects

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale Agile environments
• Proven experience as a Front-end Tech Lead
• Mastery of Angular
• Experience with React
• Ability to lead design workshops and participate in realization processes
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus
