Finto is on a mission to reinvent how enterprises run their finance operations. Backed by Y Combinator, we're building AI-powered automation for accounts payable to eliminate manual invoice handling and ERP data entry.
Responsibilities
- Own architecture and technical direction across the platform, including AI pipelines and ERP integrations
- Build and ship production features end-to-end
- Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with the CTO
- Mentor and grow engineers through code reviews and pairing
- Make pragmatic technology decisions balancing speed and scalability
- Optimize AI model performance and workflow reliability
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with React and Next.js
- Backend expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go
- Hands-on experience integrating and optimizing LLMs in production
- Proven ability to make architectural decisions and lead technical direction
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Builder's mindset focused on outcomes and fast shipping
